Lori Reed, Employee Learning & Development Coordinator, Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County (PLCMC)

Lori Reed is the Employee Learning & Development Coordinator for the Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklen­burg County. She is a member of the American Society for Training & Development and has been in the training field for 15 years, the past 9 at PLCMC. Lori created an implemented the Information Technology Core Competencies Training program at PLCMC and assisted with the development of Learning 2.0.
